Neurodiversity had become a subject often confused with particular neurodivergent conditions such as autism and ADHD, and while understanding these conditions is essential to a comprehensive understanding of neurodiversity, limiting the scope of learning to these conditions vastly underestimates the enormity of the subject.

This helped Uptimize connect with a C-Suite audience that were previously inaccessible, by showing a link between the effect they can have on teams throughout a company and how it can tangibly affect business outcomes.
